The service includes:
- comprehensive assessment of the efficiency and quality of the conversion of water energy into electricity
- 1:1 scale testing of 20KW water turbines 1
- modelling of small water turbine blades
- testing the current and voltage harmonic content of the returned energy.
In terms of existing installations:
The Laboratory assesses the technical condition and performance, with the preparation of operational recommendations for various water turbines, generators and electricity conversion systems, with a particular focus on operational recommendations for real objects.
In terms of new installations:
The Laboratory determines the profitability of planned investments concerning micro hydropower plants.
